It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Beck Meuth of Giddings, Texas, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Alfred Beck and Hattie Margaret Beck (Friebe); her husband Leonard Meuth; her son Michael Meuth; and her siblings, Annie Meuth and Louis Beck.
She is survived by : her children, Bobby Meuth (Linda) of Serbin, Catherine Knobloch (Clyde) of Lincoln, Lynnette Davis (John) of Pflugerville and Mark Meuth of Bastrop; her great grandchildren, Clinton and Katie Meuth of Pin Oak; her sister Yvonne Nink of Clear Lake; her sister-in-law Mildred Darsey of Pin Oak; and also, Anton, Norah, Levi, Everett, Joshua, Mary Pearl Meuth of Giddings, Braden, William Cole, Mary Ella, Stefanie, Justin Emmons of Giddings, Valarie, Eugene Miller of Giddings, Casen, Gage, Jillian, Jordan, Sarah Davis, Kevin of Converse, Michael Knobloch of New Braunfels, Madison, Hannah, Angela, Chris Williamson of Houston, Tyler, Brian Knobloch, Dan Mages of Elmwood Park and Scott Knobloch of Carlsbad. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 24th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, March 25th 2024 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM at the Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home - Giddings (3950 E Austin St, Giddings, TX 78942). A rosary was held on Sunday, March 24th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret Catholic Church (526 S Grimes St, Giddings, TX 78942).
Memorials may be made to St. Margaret Catholic Church in Giddings or to the charity of one's choice.
