He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Smith and Pearl Smith; and his son Clayton Smith. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith; his sisters, Betty Sorenson and Jill Karkosky; his daughter Shelley Couch; his stepson James Hicks; his daughter-in-law Casey Hicks; his grandchildren, Riley Hicks, Katherine Couch and Jonathan Couch; his children-in-law, Billy Green Jr. and Carol Green; and his grandsons, Brandon Green (Sabrina Green) and Josh Green.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Funeral Home (5000 W Harrison Rd, Longview, TX 75604). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
