With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Maxie McLemore (Hemphill, Texas), who passed away on April 18, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clovis McLemore (Hogan) and Rufus McLemore. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne McLemore (Roper); his sister Charlotte Peters (Gene); his children, Melanie Odell, David Maxie, Randall McLemore and Candice Boak (Adam); and his stepchildren, Catherine Barth (David), Timothy Roper (Tanya) and Michael Roper (Christelle). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hemphill City Cemetery (211 Starr St, Hemphill, TX 75948).
