He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton "Bill" Hollingsworth (Dorothy) and Helen Harris (Melvin); and his brother Arthur "Donnie" Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Hollingsworth; his daughters, Shelli Haas, Robin Minter (Greg), Jennifer Lane (Brian) and Tammy Hollingsworth; his grandchildren, Jason Haas (Amy), Adison Haas (Lindsay), Tiffay Turner (Jarrett), Marshall Scarbro (Brooke), Brittany Caballero (Nick), Payton Cockburn, Justin Minter, Zachary Herrera, Mallie Herrera and Christopher Young; and his siblings, Gene Hollingsworth (Barbara) and Susan Emmons (Jimmy). He is also survived by his 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Biggers Funeral Home (6100 Azle Ave, Lake Worth, TX 76135). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Walnut Creek Baptist Church (220 W Reno Rd, Azle, TX 76020).
