He was predeceased by: his fathers, Ken Scroggins and Earl Deane Scroggins; and his brother Kenneth Scroggins. He is survived by: his sons, Charlie Scroggins (Jennifer) and Chris Scroggins; his granddaughter Elle Scroggins; and his cousins, Darlene Sterzenback and Johnny Ellis.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery (12053 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75704).
