He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Watson and Vera Watson; his wife Patsy Ruth McCarley Watson; his daughter Kathy Blackshear; his grandson Clint Walker; and his siblings, James Watson and Mary Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Tana Morgan (Gary), Jamie Watson and Kim Watson (Glenda); his son-in-law Bill Blackshear; his grandchildren, Mike, Walker, Brianne Sims, Shawn Latona, Josh Palmore, Steven Morgan, Jada Schuster, Tyler Palmore, Brandon Watson, Bradi Watson, Whitney Allison, Chad Martin and Cassie Myers; and his nieces, Lynn Hageman and Tammy Greenbauer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fisher Funeral Home (604 W Main St, Denison, TX 75020). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Waples Memorial United Methodist Church (830 W Main St, Denison, TX 75020).
