He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Edward and Lottie Maye Fergeson Stacks; his granddaughter Angela Dutchik; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Robinson and Jayden Dutchik.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Stacks of Tyler; his children, Evelyn Hestand (Gary) of Tyler, TX, Loyd Stacks, Jr. (Teresa) of Brier, WA and Jerry Stacks (Hillary) of Hawkins, TX; his grandchildren, Chad Hestand (Katy), Tricia Hestand, Heather Velandria (Cris), Clayton Stacks (Amanda), Colton Stacks (Kelsey) and Esther Stacks; and his great grandchildren, Ely Hestand, Natalie Robinson, Zoe Velandria and Sain Mathew.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Cottle Funeral Home (105 E Bradford St, Troup, TX 75789). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at the Bradford Cemetery (210 W Melton St, Troup, TX 75789).
