She was predeceased by: her siblings, James, Larry, Roger and Sandra; her husband Bill; her daughter Kimberly; her grandson Daniel Jones; her sons-in-law, Bud Whitmore and Kenneth Warren; her parents, James Arden Sullivan and Elsie Virginia Collins Ridenour; and her stepfather Howard Ridenour.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Whitmore, Terri Warren and William Downs Jr. (Angie); and her caregiver Tassie Chalfant. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stewart Family Funeral Home (7525 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX 75703). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
