She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Sobotik and Frances Sitka Sobotik; her husband Frank Bernard Bludau Sr.; her daughter Frances Bludau Kallus; her grandson Tyler Bludau; and her siblings, Alice Sobotik Bludau, Louis Sobotik, William Sobotik, Frannie Mae Sobotik and Ben Sobotik.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Bludau Jr. and Shirley Bludau; her children-in-law, Fred Michael Grimes Jr. (Tony Bludau), Joyce Janak Bludau (Stephen Bludau), Renee Bonorden Bludau (Audrey Bludau Poche), James Poche (Brenda Bludau Youngblood) and Jon Youngblood; her grandchildren, Frank Bludau III, Eric Bludau, Tiffany Bludau Bennett, Sarah Kallus Lesiker, Chad Bludau, Jessica Kallus Vines, Jennifer Kallus Penn, Christa Bludau Spring, Paige Youngblood Harris, Clay Youngblood, Drew Poche and Luke Poche; her brother Norbert Sobotik (Betty); and also Darlene Anders Bludau. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (400 E 5th St, Hallettsville, TX 77964). A rosary will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Sacred Heart Church, Sacred Heart School, Hospice Care of South Texas or the donor's choice.
