He is survived by: his wife Judy Wisinger Vestal; his daughters, Leslie Walsh of Round Rock, TX and Erin Wilson of El Dorado, AR; and his grandchildren, Rylee Osgood, Michael Osgood, Sage Walsh, Ian Walsh and Glenn Walsh.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bailey Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel - El Dorado (400 N College Ave, El Dorado, AR 71730).
