It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlys Ann Faber of Tyler, Texas, who passed away on April 26, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Block and Hattie Block; her former husband Charles Faber; her daughter Jaclyn Faber; and her great grandchild Nash Rohde.
She is survived by: her husband Duane Mikkelsen; her daughter Debra (Faber); her grandchildren, Jaclyn Lang (Ty) of Ballinger, TX and Brian Rohde (Autumn) of Argyle, TX; her stepchildren, Steven Mikkelsen (Jessica) of Omaha, NE and Kelley Mikkelsen (Chris Gutshal) of Lexington, VA; and her stepgrandchildren, Lindsey Pederson (Matt) of North Platte, NE, Mackenzie Mikkelsen of Seattle, WA and Christopher Gutshal (Mary) of Buenavista, VA.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her memory.
