She is survived by: her children, Kelli Jean Billingsley Metzenthin (Steve) of Columbus, TX and Wilton Oliver "Buddy" Billingsley (Dena) of Richmond, TX.; her grandson Tanner Dean Billingsley (Paige Hintz Billingsley); her great grandchild Charlotte; her grandson Tate Edward Billingsley (Kelcie Philpot) of Taylor Jordan; her great grandchild Bowen; her sister Giva Richardson Taylor (T. A. Taylor); and her stepgrandchildren, Haley Perry (Nick Cook) and Blake Perry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and in-laws.
A reception will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. John's United Methodist Church (400 Jackson St, Richmond, TX 77469).
