She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Bigler Rogers and Samuel Lee Rogers; her husband Johnnie Charles Divin; and her siblings, Howard, Donald, Curtis, Richard, Beverly, Louise and Evelyn.
She is survived by: her son Michael Divin (Kristi) of Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, Michael Divin II of Dallas, TX, Jonathan Divin of Durango, CO, Blair Dietz Smith (Cody) of Prosper, TX and Tyler Dietz (Chantel) of Washington, DC.; her great grandchild Ariana; and her caregivers, Janet, Tina, Susan, Aziza, Leila and Huria. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home and Cemetery (12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
