She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Hayzlett (Coder) and Lester Hayzlett. She is survived by: her brothers, Gary Hayzlett (Helen), Dennis Hayzlett (Carmen) and Randy Hayzlett (Pam); her pet Lucky; her spouse Jackie Lee Kopfman, Sr. (Jack); and her children, Jack Kopfman (Cheryl), Roxie Schafersman (Tom), Debbie Fogarty (Tim) and Kim Harp (Devoe).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lakin Cemetery (1716 US-50, Lakin, KS 67860).
Memorial contributions can be made to the Lakin Methodist Church.
