Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carnes Funeral Home - CTC (3100 Gulf Fwy, Texas City, TX 77591). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
