With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Ray Bolton of Tyler, Texas, who passed away on May 12, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bolton and Essie B. Thomason Bolton; and his sisters, Ruby Hamilton, Rosemary Tomlin and Ellen Tomlin.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bolton of Tyler; his children, Teresa Senter (Shane) of Tyler, Bradley Bolton (Charlotte) of Overton and Barry Bolton (Michele) of Bullard; and his siblings, Eldred Bolton of New Summerfield, Raymond Bolton of Troup, Carol Linkinhoker (David) of Overton, Delores Jeske (Nolan) of Troup, Bonnie Berg of Troup and Shirley Pixley of Overton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cottle Funeral Home (105 E Bradford St, Troup, TX 75789). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at the Concord Cemetery (174 Co Rd 4705, Troup, TX 75789).
