He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Sebesta (Kopycinski) and Bennie Sebesta; his siblings, Bernice Mazyn (Edward "Eddie"), Tellas Sebesta Sr. (Helen), Frank Sebesta (Leona) and Helen Mazurkiewicz (Steve); his brothers-in-law, Steve "Cotton" Gajewski and Bill McConnell; his nieces and nephews, Mary Ann Mazyn Kramer, Dorothy Mazyn Layton, Shirley Sebesta, Johnny Sebesta, Tellas Sebesta Jr., Tommy Sebesta and Karl Georgi; his great-nephew Kurt Hacker; and also Meredith Witek.
He is survived by: his wife Waline; his children, Mark Sebesta and Marla Ernest (Wade Ernest); his grandchildren, Tyler Ernest, Madison Duren (Koda), Keylee Ernest and Cheston Ernest; his great grandchildren, Coulter, Sutton Duren and Grayson Cernoch; and his sisters, Blanche McConnell and Nancy Gajewski.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A rosary will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (1416 George St, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471).
