He was predeceased by: his parents, Maudie Mae Holcombe Rose and Buddy Rose; his sister Nancy McKinney; and his brother-in-law Billy McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ford Rose; his nieces and nephews, Randy McKinney (Quannah) of Hooks, Breann Johnson (Judd) of Texarkana, Harper and Jaxin Horner of Texarkana; his children, Rocky Ross (Angela) of Hooks and Shannon Rowe (Damon) of Texarkana; and his grandchildren, Hunter Rowe, Haden Rowe of Texarkana, Brayden Ross of Hooks, Bentley and Kaylin McFerran of Redwater.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75569). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Everett Baptist Church (4191 FM1398, Hooks, TX 75561).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial donations to be made to Everett Baptist Church or a church of your choice.
