She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Dee Givens and Edna Pauline Figures Givens; her daughter Carolyn Ann Hunter; and her sister Helen Stewart. She is survived by: her children, Willie Lee Givens (Barbara), Robbie Lynn Givens Austin (Mark) and Jacqueline Evette Givens Mitchell (Heath); her sisters, Wanda Hudson (Tina) and Barbara Givens (Lisa); her grandchildren, Corderra Hunter, Jasmine Austin, Latoya Givens, Heath D. Mitchell, Cameron Mitchell, Dakota Austin and Jordon Austin; and her close friend James Jones.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rosewood Memorial Funeral Home (1601 Redmon Rd, Longview, TX 75602). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Temple (1400 S Mobberly Ave, Longview, TX 75602). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the Jordan Valley Memorial Park (713 Jordan Valley Rd, Longview, TX 75604).
