He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Ray and Marjorie Rue Sherwood Briggs; his children, Kory Briggs (Anna) of Longview and Morgan Rae Langston (Max) of Wolfe City; his sisters, Debbie English of East Tawakoni and Kathi Fansler (Del) of Flint; and his grandchildren, Barrett Gill, Kenneth Briggs and Raylan Briggs. He was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home (300 Holley St, Alba, TX 75410). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pilgrim Rest #2 Cemetery.
