She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward and Marie Moorman (McKinney); and her grandson Andrew Tate. She is survived by: her husband Cecil of Jacksonville; her children, Keith of Whitehouse, Troy Tate (Sarah) of Flint and Valerie Roberts (Michael) of Tyler; her stepdaughter Tammy Edwards (Kevin) of Edmond; her sister Janis Moorman of Tyler; her grandchildren, Eric Tate, Brian Tate, Timothy Tate, Grace Tate, Lily Tate, Rose Tate, Violet Tate, Glory Tate, Theodore Tate, Olivia Roberts, Caroline Roberts and Adalynn Roberts; and her stepgrandsons, First Class, Barron Ramsey, Jaiden Lansdale and Aaron Bewley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stewart Family Funeral Home (7525 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX 75703). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
