With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mona Wilson of Pearsall, Texas, who passed away on May 30, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Rucker and Annie Rucker; her husband Wilbur; her daughter-in-law Terrie; and her siblings, B. C., Monroe, George, Hugh Rucker, Winnie Braden, Anna Lee Rucker and Ruth Bunting.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Velma), Steve (Debbie) and Kyle; her grandchildren, Julie Gasch (Lance), Garrett Wilson (Abby), Bryan Wilson (Jessica), Taylor Wilson (Whitney), Trey Wilson (Hannah) and Tyler Wilson (Lacey); her great grandchildren, Emery, Aubrey, Olivia Gasch, Grace, Levi Wilson, Brayden, Braddock, Brynlee, Brislyn, Braxton Wilson, Gaige, Rucker Wilson, John Walker and Emma Wilson; and her sister Mary Emma Heiligman.
A burial was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Yancey Cemetery (Yancey, TX 78886). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Pearsall (204 S Walnut St, Pearsall, TX 78061).
