He is survived by: his wife Susan Allen; his children, Courtney Casterline (Les) of Corpus Christi, Texas, David Barbay (Shelley) of Corpus Christi and Thomas Barbay (Jessica) of La Plata, Maryland; his grandchildren, Laney, Aiden, Benjamin and William; his sister Beverly LaFluer of Nederland, Texas; and his brother-in-law W. J. Sonnier of Tyler. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends.
