She is survived by: her children, Casey Bailey and Patrick Bailey; and her siblings, Gloria Ortiz (Dennis), Christine Perkins (Jerold), Cynthia Lynn Neely, Ken Kossman, Dan Kossman and John Timothy Neely (Lisa). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lloyd James Funeral Home (1011 E 1st St, Tyler, TX 75701). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Pines Memorial Garden (7825 S Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75703).
