It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Minton Anderson of Vidor, Texas, born in San Augustine, Texas, who passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, William "Burl" Minton, Leroy "Po-Boy" Minton, Robert Archie "Bob" Minton, Otto Minton Jr., Richard Earl "Bud" Minton, Horace Eloy Minton, Lonnie Dean Minton and Bessie Mae Minton; and her parents, Otto Minton Sr. and Sadie F. Warr Minton.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Anderson Watson of Vidor, TX and Curtis Anderson (Lisa) of Bridge City, TX; and her grandchildren, Bryan Watson, Heather Watson East, Ashley Watson Stephens, Brandon Watson, Blake Watson, Brad Anderson, Austin Anderson and Tyler Anderson. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor (1750 TX-12, Vidor, TX 77662). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Old Salem Cemetery (325 County Rd 1297, Center, TX 75935).
