He is survived by: his children, Brandon Frater Sr. (Shana) of Killeen, Bryan Frater of Longview, Texas and Latoyia Frater of Longview, Texas; his significant other Shelia McClain of Tyler; and his siblings, Sharlett Brooks (Preston) of Tyler, Janet Frater of LaMarque, Pamela Frater of Tyler, Sandra Frater Mackey (Dennis) of Whitehouse, Wanda Hendricks of Tyler, Jimmie Frater (Myra) of Tyler, Lonnie Frater of Tyler, Larry Hendricks of Tyler, Elder Ervin Hendricks (Ruthalene) of Tyler and Rickey Hendricks (Wanda) of Athens. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John R. Harmon Undertaking Company (1112 N Palace Ave, Tyler, TX 75702). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the John R Harmon Chapel (888 W Queen St, Tyler, TX 75702).
