He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Williams Jr. and Harriette Ann Williams. He is survived by: the mother of his children Michelle Delaplaine; his children, Lincoln, Raegan and Charley; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Cody, Jordan, Mackenzie, Kendall and Mackalyn; and his great grandchild Theo.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tyler Memorial Funeral Home (12053 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75704).
