He is survived by: his wife Linda Ware; his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Hannah Ware of Fort Worth; his daughter Haley; his son-in-law Tanner Elliott of Texarkana; his grandchildren, Evelyn Ware of Fort Worth, Charles and Theodore Ware; his sister Dianne; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Williams of Bullard, Eddie and Tammy Haley of Bivins; his nephews, James Haley of Bivins, Paul Haley of Marshall and Blaine Ware of Avery; and his niece Kristie Ware of Avery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hanner Funeral Service (103 W Main St, Atlanta, TX 75551). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (306 Baker St, Atlanta, TX 75551).
