She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Patterson and Katie L. Patterson; her husband Walter Wayne Spruell; her sister-in-law Bobbie Patterson; and her grandchildren, Shelly Scott and Hunter Cole Spruell.
She is survived by: her children, Deann Miller of Ben Wheeler, Sandra Jill Scott of Mineola and Billy Wayne Spruell; and her brother Bill Patterson of Shreveport, LA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beaty Funeral Home (5320 TX-37, Mineola, TX 75773).
