He is survived by: his children, Julie Crisman Nance, David Crisman, Johnny Ray Goodwin Jr. (Carmen), Sherry Lynn Foti (Gerard) and Denman Eli Goodwin (Missy); his grandchildren, Justin, Tia, Harley, Steven Tyler, Tristan, Reagan, Hailey, Kacie, Lindsey, Destiny, Ashley, Travis Jr., Makayla, Ashlynn, Adam and Alexis; his mother Mary Edith Carouthers; his wife Phyllis Carouthers; his siblings, Judy Carouthers, Ruby Carouthers, Johnny Goodman (Linda), Sharon Granger (Steve), Weeto Carouthers and Nathan Carouthers; his nieces and nephews, Johnny, Hannah, Ross, Jeremiah, Meredith, Justin, Jake, Elijah, Sarah, Buffy, Annie, Amanda, Heather, Matthew, Emma, Sybil, John Melvin, Angela, Jeremy, Jason, Melissa and Vickie; his sons, Travis Crisman and James Crisman; and his sister Patsy Singleton (Aaron). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calvary Tabernacle Ministries (28333 Farm to Market Rd 770, Batson, TX 77519). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Guedry Cemetery (11713 Batson Prairie Rd, Batson, TX 77519).
