He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulis Lewis, Sr. and Cora Lewis; and his sister Mattie Burton. He is survived by: his daughter Erica Johnson (Reggie); his grandsons, Tyrese and Ethan; his son Eulis Lewis III (Faviola) of Longview, Texas; and his sisters, Pearl Tucker of Longview, Texas, Jessie O'Neal (Billy) of Longview, Texas, Bobbie Franklin of Longview, Texas and Mary Ballard of Longview, Texas. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Willie Mae Craig Chapel (2001 S Green St, Longview, TX 75602).
