He is survived by: his wife Dani Head Smith of Tyler; his siblings, Calvin Smith of Liberty City, Linda Smitherman (Jack) of Liberty City and Glenn Smith (Linda) of Liberty City; and his sister-in-law Kay Lee (Gene) of Jefferson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Bethel Baptist Church (13108 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75707). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at the Calendar Williams Cemetery (16342 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75707).
