She was predeceased by: her parents, Lv Yandell Hoskins and Floyd Clarence Hoskins; and her husband Donald Gene Laswell. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Warden (Ken) of Tyler, Janet Myers (James), Lavonne Huey (Michael) of Richmond and Marleen Curtis (Mike) of Columbus, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Kim Harper of Middletown, California, Kevin Warden of New Braunfels, Texas, Elizabeth Picone of Houston, Texas, Lauren Curtis of Sealy, Texas, Christin Capiro of Columbus, Texas, Jessica Simpson of Farmington, Shannon Curtis of Columbus, Texas, Louis Beyer of Richmond, Texas, Sean Huey of Richmond, Texas and Eileen Huey of Laredo, Texas..
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
