He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Colvin, Jr. and Dorothy Sutton Colvin; and his brother Steven Dennis Colvin. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Colvin of San Angelo, TX; and his children, Marsha Colvin Ostrander (Wayne) of Abilene, TX, Jeff Colvin, Jr. (Becky) of Pflugerville, TX and Bryan Gayoso (Lindsey) of Ballinger, TX.. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
