He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruthie Lee Foster and Allen Raybon Newman; his wife Denise Myers Newman; and his siblings, Betty Marie Dalrymple, Allen Rabon, Jr. and Johnny Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Andrea Jeanne Williams (Jim) of Longview and Allen Matthew Newman of Austin; and his siblings, Gladys Jean McDonald of Carthage, Brenda Gayle Gibbs of Kilgore, Carolyn Kuntz of Hibbing, Steve Newman of Kusiosco and David Newman of Gulf Port, Mississippi. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Adams Cemetery (1108 Co Rd 456, Carthage, TX 75633).
