She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Lee Smith and Rachel Margaret Smith; her brother Billy Joe Smith; and her husbands, James McConnell and Larmon Key.
She is survived by: her sister Deborah Glass; her daughters, Rhonda Skov (Walter) and Ramona McConnell (John Hearn); her grandchildren, Crystal Skov, Amber Koldan, Rachel Freeman (Kyle) and Tyler Gomez (Sebastian); and her great grandchildren, Ashley Thacker, Kaleb Koldan, Autumn Thacker, Levi Thacker, Dylan Koldan, Grant Thacker, Violet Koldan, Ryan Koldan and Olivia Gomez.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the OakCrest Funeral Home (4520 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Riesel Cemetery.
