She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Kimbell and Ethel Kimbell; her husband Jack Talbot; her children, Jack Jr., Lynn Green, Cheryl Haynes and Edith Mullins; her sister Ethelee Smithson; and her grandson Tim Ferrell.
She is survived by: her daughter Dorothy Shaw; and her sons-in-law, David Shaw and Winston Green. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (13590 TX-110, Tyler, TX 75707). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at the Rose Hill Cemetery (2400 S Donnybrook Ave, Tyler, TX 75702).
