He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Adkins and Mary Alice Scaife; and his sister Joni Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Annette Adkins; his children, Lauren Perry (Chris), Kevin Ralson, Ashley Adkins, Glen Adkins (David) and Holli Cruse (Randy); his grandchildren, Jace, Mason, Everly, Nolan, Elizabeth, Lilliana, Taylor, Shaley, Cooper, Ty and Katelyn; his great grandchildren, Paisley and Ethan; and his siblings, Kim Bricker (Frankie) and Ronnie Adkins (Nina). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel (10412 Hwy 6, Santa Fe, TX 77510).
