He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Douglas Davis and Algerita Jolly Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Wesley McMillon and Janene Davis. He is survived by: his wife Janice McMillon Davis of Texarkana, Texas; his daughters, Deanna Warren (Wesley) of Mount Pleasant and Debra Gass (Patrick) of Weatherford, Texas; his siblings, Jerry Davis of DeKalb, Texas and Diane Morgan (Dale) of DeKalb, Texas.; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bell, Landon Gass, Carter Gass, Daley Moore, Davis Warren, Dayne Warren and Carina Warren; and his great grandchildren, Graysen, Kenna, Bennett, Bowen and Reagan.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bates Family Funeral Home (601 E Front St, De Kalb, TX 75559). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sugar Hill Church (1621 Sugar Hill Rd, Texarkana, AR 71854).
