He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Elton "Bob" Kersey and Dorothy Joan Bierbower; his sister Mary Tabor; his brother-in-law Harvey Shearer; and his father-in-law Ronnie Long.
He is survived by: his wife Ronda Kersey; his children, Elizabeth, Julie, Scotty and Tyler; his granddaughter Remi Lynn; his siblings, Michael Kersey, Kathleen Shearer, Robert Kersey, Richard Kersey, Randie Unser, Patricia Riley, Edward Kersey and Joanie Bryant; his mother-in-law Mary Long; his sister-in-law Becca Greenwood; his cousin Cathy Randles; and also Blanca. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (1515 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
