He was predeceased by: his parents, William Martin and Ethel Azales Bailey (Latham).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors (201 N Bosque St, Whitney, TX 76692). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Prairie Valley Cemetery.
