He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hobson and Ora Belle Haynes; and his siblings, Bobbie Nell Marco, Doris Jane Lewis, Linda Kay Manning, James Moody Haynes, David Neal Haynes and John Phillip Haynes.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Marie Haynes; his children, Diana (Martin Reeves), Aaron (Chelsa Haynes) and Susan (Jay Thomas Jr.); his grandchildren, Melissa, Holly, Taylor, Tyler, Lara, Chloe, Kalyn, Kyleigh and Jarod; and his great grandchildren, Eli, James, Emirsen, Renlee and Lainey Ann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sandburg Room, Mount Olivet Chapel - Greenwood Funeral (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 9:45 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
