He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Douglas (Dawn) and Jeffrey Alan (Roseanna); his wife Ruth Ann; his son Jesse Wayne (Susie); his grandchildren, Ginny (Jake Chumley), Billy Wayne Ingram, Cassie Orten, Linnzi (Marshall Bowman) and Tabitha Ingram; his stepgrandchildren, Maggie (Stephen White), Marcus Haney, Amber Haney and Andrew Spence (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Victoria Wilson, Aidan Chumley, Kiley Ingram, Evan, Khloe Orten, Jaiden, Jewlia Bowman, Asher Carrell, Lilly, Carter, Lucy White, Layla, Sadie, Owen Haney, Emma, Addie and Cullen Spence. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other wonderful family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Scoggins Funeral Home Chapel (637 W Van Alstyne Pkwy, Van Alstyne, TX 75495). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
