He was predeceased by: his parents, Ennis Wade and Callie Wade (Browning); his daughter Alishia Buster (Wade); his brother Willie Wade; and his siblings-in-law, Laverne Wade and James Self.
He is survived by: his wife Roxanna Wade of Huntington; his children, Denise (Royce Treadaway) of Broaddus, Jim (Lisa Dickey) of Zavalla and Angie (T. J. Wagner) of Clyde, TX; and his grandchildren, Timfany, Mike Garcia, Kasey, Shelby Bryan, Zac, Elaina Treadaway, Destini, Jake Hicks, Tyler, Kaylee Green, Paige, Nathan Perry, Trapper, McKenna Dickey, Conner Wagner and Cooper Wagner. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shafer Funeral Home (600 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
