He is survived by: his wife Donna Chadwick of Malta, Texas; his daughters, Kristen Shelton (Brett) of Malta and Kaitlynn Brewer of Texarkana, Texas; his siblings, Sherry Anderson of Atlanta, Texas, Timothy Chadwick of Little Rock and Anthony Chadwick of De Kalb, Texas; and his grandchildren, Braley Shelton, Rielynn Brewer and Reed Mathew Shelton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bates Family Funeral Home (601 E Front St, De Kalb, TX 75559). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
