He is survived by: his wife Casey Clough-Hillier; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Joe Wall; his grandchildren, Joel and Lillian Wall; his son David Hillier; his great grandchild Kaylee Smith; and his sister Mary Kirkendoll.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home (4801 Parkway Dr, Texarkana, AR 71854). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home Chapel (4801 Parkway Dr, Texarkana, AR 71854).
