He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Norman Smith and Florence Hilda Johnson; and his sisters, Lola Sewell and Norma Jo DeLeon. He is survived by: his wife LuFonda "Fondie" Smith; his children, Stephanie (Jason), Keela (Jon), Renee, Christopher (Brandi) and Jeffrey (Katy); his grandchildren, Sydney, Chris, Jessica, Spencer, Lindsey, Dylan, Taylor, Lacey, Alli, Colton, Kyndal, Tyler, Madelynn, Cadence, Gracie, Claire, Christopher Jr. and Alexis; his great grandchildren, Adilee, Damian, Marlee, Naomi, Myla, Scotty, Junior, Peyton and Noah; and his sibling's children, Debbie Oliver, Damon and Devin Baldree.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Green Funeral Home (105 Vintage Dr, Red Oak, TX 75154).
