He is survived by: his wife Patsy Parker; his children, Debbie Perry (Kenneth) of Giddings, Sabrina Fiebrich (Tim) of Needville and Howard Jr. (Kathy) of Rosanky; his grandchildren, Sean Perry-Austin, Stacey Perry-Houston, Tyler Fiebrich (Ashley), Kaedra Fiebrich-Pearland, Tiffany Pierce (Rusty) and Thomas Waneck (Codi); his great grandchildren, Knox Fiebrich-Needville, Tricia Perry, Nathan Perry-Georgetown, Trevyn Perry-Bastrop, Kinsley, Elliot Pierce and Sierra Waneck-Iola; and his great great grandchild Cairo Bullard.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marrs-Jones Funeral Home (110 American Legion Rd, Smithville, TX 78957). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at the Rosanky Cemetery (2276 Farm to Market 535, Smithville, TX 78957).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bastrop County Animal Services (shelter).
