He was predeceased by: his parents, Oda Lee Haley (Lankford) and Logan Haley; his wife Ouida "Jane" Haley (Lillian Haley); and his siblings, Logan Lee Haley Jr., Elton "Joy" Haley, Otis Haley, Lillie Mae Morgan, Edna Marie Cahill, Ruby Jean Haley, Samuel Weldon Haley and Bonnie Faye Haley.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Page (Sandi) of Mississippi, Deborah Miller (Leon) of Brachfield, Joseph Leon Haley (Michelle) of Henderson, Jana Haley of Henderson and Heather Haley of Liberty City; his grandchildren, Brandi Jacobs, Sara Hobbs, Elisabeth McVeigh, Seth Miller, Chad Miller (Emily), Heath Haley (Faith), Audrey Shelby (Justin), Laura Reeves (Travis), Bradley Bailey, Conner Bailey, Breanna Parmer, Tessa Parmer and Natalee Hairston; his great grandchildren, Carl Shelby, Ruger Reeves, Riley Reeves and Huxton Haley; his nephews, Homer Morgan and Dan Huckabee; and his cousin Bill Haley of San Angelo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rusk County Memorial Gardens (5013 US-259, Henderson, TX 75652).
