It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Richardson of Wills Point, Texas, born in Tyler, Texas, who passed away on August 27, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Emma leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Emma may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin Adams and Eva Melinda Stover; her husband Hasel Dee Richardson; and her sons, Darrell Richardson and Jackie Lee Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Jones and Michael Shawn Jones-Richardson; and her grandchildren, Adrian Huens and Tony Jones.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bascom Cemetery (12564 FM 848, Tyler, TX 75707).
